Mario McPherson originally joined HIRTA as a driver in July 2022. He quickly became a beloved figure among our riders, known not just for his punctuality and professionalism but also for his friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. Mario has been the reliable face you've seen behind the wheel, ensuring you get to your destinations safely and comfortably.

In his new role as Operations Coordinator, Mario will be working diligently behind the scenes to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating schedules to overseeing vehicle maintenance and driver training, Mario will be at the heart of what makes HIRTA a reliable and convenient transit option for our communities.

His extensive experience as a driver has provided Mario with invaluable insights into the day-to-day challenges faced by our riders and drivers alike.
