My Year End Thoughts

To our valued communities,

It has been without a doubt a challenging year filled with endless obstacles and adversity. However, it has also brought some positives. I choose to remember 2020 as the year our communities came together. As the year our riders put their trust in us to keep them safe. And as the year our drivers and employees worked harder than ever to uphold HIRTA’s values and standards. It is because of this determination and resiliency that HIRTA was able to continue our essential services.

Despite COVID-19 and the other numerous curveballs 2020 threw at us, HIRTA remained committed to serving our customers and keeping everyone safe. We implemented multiple safety measures to help stop the spread, and when we asked you to do your part, you did. For this we cannot thank you enough.

In 2020 we provided free rides to those who were voting, free rides to everyone on Veteran’s Day and gave away a Thanksgiving meal and many other things that made us proud. Next year we want to do even more. We have a lot to look forward to in 2021 and we’re so excited to share details very soon.

I am beyond grateful to every rider, driver, employee, community member or and all those that have played a role, no matter how small or big, in supporting HIRTA.

We look forward to serving each of our communities in 2021 and many years to come.

Best wishes for a safe, fulfilling and happy 2021.
