Senior Rides
Seniors age 60 and older who are living independently can qualify for transportation at the rate of $1 suggested donation with completion of a NAPIS form. Click here for the NAPIS form.
Trips outside of Jasper County $25.00 per hour
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least one hour prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations less than one hour in advance will count as a "no show".
No Shows
If a passenger fails to show up at the designated location for a scheduled trip, the HIRTA office will attempt to contact the passenger by phone. The driver will wait up to 3 minutes for each passenger.
No shows will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, which may include a fee, temporary suspension from service or both.
Holiday Services
We are closed on New Years Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and two days at Christmas.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
